Cosmo Clock 21 Ferris Wheel in Yokohama The giant Ferris Wheel in Yokohama, located in the Cosmo World amusement Park in the Minato Mirai area. It was opened in 1989 and was the tallest Ferris wheel in the world until 1999. The wheel owes its name to the famous clock located on the supports. The number 21 means "21st century".
