Beneath them, deep in the underground tunnels, the Gutter Rats survive on the scraps of the decadent world above, quietly plotting their rise to power. From the skies, the Gutter Pigeons watch everything, controlling the flow of contraband, rumors, and misinformation through a vast smuggling network. Meanwhile, the Gutter Dogs, stripped of their former role as humanity’s loyal companions, fight to reinvent themselves as street-hardened hustlers determined to claw their way to the top.
