I often attempt to pinpoint the very moments I became obsessive with the macabre. I often land on books. I read a lot as a kid. I still do. Though, to be honest, since becoming addicted to creating with AI, I've read very little over the past year.
One of the first books to open this new realm of horror for me was the Cirque Du Freak series when I was in 4th grade. I slowly segued into reading Robert McCammon and gradually grew into reading only horror fiction for the majority of my life from that point forward.
