"El Yunque" is the name of a beautiful jungle on the island of Puerto Rico. This is the only rainforest in the U.S. National Forest system. Home to one of my favorite creatures in nature, the Coquà frog. Whenever I visit Puerto Rico, i'm on a mission to tap in with the plant and animal kingdom. The symphony of insects, frogs, birds and everything else in nature is one of the most healing soundtracks available to us and its free if you know where to go.
