Pavo Arkas is a tenured 24 year veteran of Hueristic Research, having studied at the prominent Hammersmith Prepatory Academy of Canes Venatici before becoming aware of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Borne into the Doctor caste, Pavo was taught to always seek ways to help others regardless of their differences, a core value that led to their interest in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Pavo and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
