Cask #01/3172-5256 was initially filled on 30th January 1985. After 16 years in American oak, in December 2001 it was transferred into an Oloroso sherry-seasoned European oak cask, resulting in a deep, rich, complex flavour and a distinctive mahogany hue. Selected by Malt Master Brian Kinsman, this exclusive BlockBar release will be bottled as a 39 Year Old on 19th September 2024, with 150 bottles produced. The owner will have the option to choose a personalised label and will have an invitation to enjoy an immersive Glenfiddich distillery experience in Dufftown, Scotland with an overnight stay in one of the beautiful William Grant & Sons homes on the estate.
