SCARLETT, code name RED ROSE, is the tactical commander and chief scientist of an elite team of specially trained FLUFs known as E. A. R. S, Elite Auxiliary Rabbit Squad, whose mission is to protect FLUF World from external threats. As chief strategist, SCARLETT blends her extensive knowledge of combat with science. Specializing in advanced technologies, she developed the defense systems of The Warren, the E. A. R. S. central base on Cotton Tail Island, as well as the Bio Dome that protects all of FLUF World. SCARLETTs civilian identity is DJ RED, a celebrated DJ in The Underground known for her legendary raves that uplift the FLUF spirit. Rumor has it that SCARLETTs ancestry can be traced back to an ancient clan of warriors known as The REDS. Elder FLUFs recall tales of how REDS were once BLU FLUFs who transformed during an event called First Impact, when a meteor from the red planet Mars hit Earth millions of years ago. The fur of BLU FLUFs exposed to mysterious frequencies emanating from the meteor turned red. This also changed their biology, making REDS more sensitive to vibration, which lead to the evolutionary inherent characteristics of FLUFs reacting positively to music through shaking.
