Even in the darkest moments, the sun will rise again tomorrow. Hope is oftentimes one of the hardest things for me to harness but the most powerful tool to process feelings. Having faith that something good will happen, the light will come at the end of the tunnel, and something will turn up for the better almost feels silly, but it's so important to keep going. Trust and walk.
