Within the borders of the Northern Federation lies a misty forest where mirages pervade all year round, causing people to get lost when they enter. In the center of the foggy forest, there is a building called the Green Dragon Stand. This dragon egg is placed on the stand, and it is said to be the offspring of an ancient divine dragon left on this plane. Some say that this ancient divine dragon is likely the Ice Dragon Envoy, one of the six sacred dragon envoys second only to the Dragon God.
