Our Customer Loyalty Program is designed to reward our valued customers and community for their continued support. This policy outlines the terms and conditions associated with earning and redeeming points through various activities on our platform. Please read these terms carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities. By participating in Rodeyo's loyalty rewards program, you agree to abide by these terms.
Earning Points
Points can be earned through a variety of activities. Each activity is subject to the general terms of this agreement, as well as supplementary terms specific to the activity, which are outlined below.
General Terms
- Account Eligibility: Participation is limited to one account per user.
- Points Value: The redemption value of points is subject to change at our discretion.
- Quest Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate quests at any time without prior notice.
Points for Buying and Selling
- Role Restrictions: Users cannot act as both the buyer and seller in a single transaction.
- Transaction Legitimacy: All transactions must be genuine and conducted in good faith. We strictly prohibit self-dealing, collusion, or any form of multi-account activity aimed at manipulating the rewards system.
Points for Gameplay
- Gameplay Requirements: Points are awarded upon successful completion of in-game challenges or events as outlined in their respective descriptions.
- Fair Play: Any form of cheating, exploitation of game mechanics, or use of unauthorized tools is strictly forbidden and may result in disqualification and forfeiture of points.
Points for Registration
- Eligibility: This offer is valid for new users only.
- Registration Limits: Participation is limited to one registration quest per person.
Points for Forum Participation
- Content Guidelines: Contributions must be original, relevant to the topic, and respectful of other users. We do not tolerate spam, plagiarism, or any form of harmful content.
- Moderation Rights: Our moderators reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any content that violates these guidelines or is deemed inappropriate.
Content Writing for Games and Collections
- Content Standards: All written submissions must be original works, with a minimum length of 1200 characters.
- Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit plagiarism, incorrect or misleading information, and any form of spam.
- Contributor Acknowledgment: By submitting written content, you acknowledge and consent to having your profile displayed as a content contributor.
- Language: All written submissions must be in English.
Points for Logging In
- Daily Login Bonus: Users will receive points for logging in once per day.
- Restrictions: Automated or scripted login attempts are not permitted and will not be rewarded.
Referral Terms
- Referral Process: To earn points, users must refer new, unique users to our platform using a valid referral link or code.
- Account Integrity: The creation of fake or duplicate accounts to manipulate the referral system is strictly prohibited and may lead to the forfeiture of all accumulated points.
Points for Joke Submissios
- Content Appropriateness: All submitted jokes must be family-friendly and suitable for all audiences.
- Review Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of submitted jokes and may withhold points for content deemed offensive, inappropriate, or spam.
- Contributor Acknowledgment: By submitting a joke, you acknowledge and consent to having your profile displayed as the content contributor.
Points for Giving Feedback
- Feedback Quality: We value genuine, constructive feedback that can help us improve. Feedback must be specific and actionable to qualify for points.
- Invalid Submissions: Incomplete, irrelevant, or spam feedback will not be considered.
Points for Following Rodeyo on Social Media
- Spam Prevention: Entries deemed as spam will be disqualified.
- Account Requirements: Participants must follow the official Rodeyo account on the relevant social media platform.
- Follow Duration: Unfollowing immediately after points are awarded may result in disqualification from future rewards and potential forfeiture of points.
Points for Donations
- Verification: All donations must be verifiable through a valid transaction hash.
- Wallet: All donations must be made through the wallet that you use on Rodeyo so that we can verify that you are the one who made the donation.
- Disqualification: Donations that are found to be fraudulent, refunded, or otherwise invalid will be disqualified.
Points for Submitting Quest Ideas
- Submission Guidelines: Submitted quest ideas should be original, creative, and relevant to our platform's themes and goals.
Expiration
Points earned through the Loyalty Program will expire 12 months after the date they are earned. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to the expiration of your points.
Changes to the Program
Dcentral, Inc. reserves the right to modify or terminate the Customer Loyalty Program, or any part thereof, at any time, with or without notice. Any changes to the program will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
