Otherwise known as the Dark Magician, he is a Underworld Deity and god of necromancy living on the veil between life and death.
In the Realm of Nekromanteion is where his shrine lies, and he waits for those that seek his aid in resurrecting loved ones...but this normally comes with a price, a life for a life, whether it be their own or that of their enemy.
A balance still needs to be maintained after all.
