Even though the Technocult exists in a time where the singularity is behind us, there is still a very real danger of becoming lost in your own mind. The human psyche has always been fragile and any seemingly irrelevant event can send it teetering off balance. Each aspect of the technological advancement, from artificial intelligence, to bioengineering, to physical and digital hacking, creates a spectrum of sensations and thoughts that might make us more likely to slip into insanity and depression. Yet, this critical understanding that every aspect of the Technocult is dependent on human intelligence to be effective brings some hope to an otherwise bleak future. When we all work as one and offer support in a time of need, we can lift ourselves out of the shortcomings of the mind. This sense of unity and support can help us through the negative thoughts we have that would otherwise overwhelm us.
