Iranians have considered OMID (only survivor of the Siberian Crane whose female mate was killed by hunters) as a precious Creature and a symbol of faithfulness, commitment, freedom and resistance. In my culture, legends tell that the crane is an ambassador of peace and guardian of waters, and its existence is a message for prosperity.
I wish OMID brings hope, trust, prosperity and liberty for all wemen in the beautiful territory of Iran.
