The year is 2077. The first cat citadel collapses following the New World Order. Once a crime-ridden, nondescript inner city now faces conflict from rampant gang wars and its ruling entities contending for dominance.
The younger generation of cats have to find a way to support their gutters and so the Lil Baby Cat Gang is formed.
