Mike Tuscany hasn’t taken off his custom made boss mascot costume in thirty years, for he states ‘why ruin a good thing’ and ‘the costume builder said it self ventilates.’ Mike has been working at ‘The Pooch Express’ since its opening in 1985, working his way up from hot dog boy to mascot manager. After an outburst in 1998 where he tripped and his mascot head fell off and he began shouting at a child for tripping him over, he vowed to never take off the head again.
