FrankenMonsters are a collection of 10,010 monsters created by Dr. ETHvil inside the Punksville universe. The FrankenMonsters have 3D capabilities and come in an evil variety of emotions, traits and accessories that make them unique. Each FrankenMonster gives the holder the ability to participate in Punksville community governance. This includes a community run treasury, control over project direction, and CryptoPunk IP rights.
