Singing Faces

Faces is made up of characters loosely based on African Masks. Each piece features a "face" in the emotion I felt as I made the piece. With vivid colours, and a "face" I tried to express what music feels like to me. The background beat is in the style of amapiano, a music genre originating from South Africa that makes me feel happy all the time. Each time I hear the drums my body starts to move unconsciously. I did not make this beat specifically for this, but the energy of the piece matched it and I hope it gives you as much joy as it gives me.
