Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about death like a satellite – is always hard behind. In a moment I realised, that you face the satellite any time NOW, because whatever you think about past or future it’s always present moment. With deep understanding and internalisation I found out that life and death are inextricably linked in a single canvas. They follow and complement one another in eternal dance.
Death happens to us many times throughout our lives. In the heat of passion, when the Ego dissolves and disappears in a loved one, or during catharsis from appreciation of art. The only way to overcome death is to accept it as an inevitable fact, having learned humility. It’s all about the fear of loosing anything. Only by learning to "die" without end of life, you can find happiness and inner peace, starting to appreciate the present moment as the only one that exists.
