This handmade work of pizza art commemorates Freddie Mercury's 75th Birthday and is the final piece in a three part series of portraits to be released in 2021.
It is the first work of pizza art ever made on six full sheet pans (3' x 6.5') and the biggest one ever made anywhere in the world.
It was made using chicken, black olives, tomatoes, black pepper powder, Himalayan pink salt, red and yellow bell peppers, with grated, American, and mozzarella cheeses.
No food was wasted during the making of this artwork.
