This was why I wanted to create this series.
Here's the story of Kevin, my friend from school. Haven't met in 15 yrs, he picked me up at the airport when I got to the US.
01/2020, Kevin called his kid's school, expressing concerns about having classes, 5 COVID cases already found in the US. They said,"We are working closely with our...", nothing helpful.
02/2020, He tried to buy masks for his family but couldn't find any. He looked for months and finally got some.
10/2020, Kevin's family, all 5 of them, were tested COVID positive.
11/2020, His company shut down.
11/2020, Kevin's mom passed away. It was 23 days after she got COVID. She was a very kind lady. I remember she used to cook amazing stews.
There're more people like him. Kevin was aware of all early, and he tried to protect his family. One Kevin, some Kevins, however, couldn't change the situation, when others were having parties & saying it's ()'s fault.

it was a virus, and ignorance, hatred, arrogance...
