Stood at this lake edge with frozen toes I wanted to capture the vastness of the scene so chose to shoot a series of images to produce a panoramic viewpoint. I shot 9 images from left to right, stitched later in Lightroom. The sun had gone but left a gorgeous glow in the sky. All I could hear was the sound of shifting ice, pure photographic heaven.
