With inspiration drawn from birds, Maro Dori represents her journey, seamlessly blending tradition and modern expression. In ancient Japan, amid the prosperity of the Heian era, at the Imperial Court in Kyoto, aristocrats painted eyebrows to symbolize and express their nobility. Maro Dori incorporates this historical practice into its unique design. She meticulously creates her work using traditional sumi ink and brush on Japanese washi paper. She then adds digital effects to finalize it, resulting in a truly unique expression.
