People could instantly recognise any other person vibe/aura but by a single gaze, of course, It's human heuristic (Nothing is wrong with that though) — Then they are carelessly & subconsciously labeled from our own biases & slippery criterion, Most of them even are unjust & irrational causes while in fact we perhaps cannot truly know somebody's true self only by judging from what we're roughly perceived. The point being is that most people aren't even able to see what people be is simply a reflection of survival challenges they faced in his youth which is represented in his behaviors, gestures and nuances. Maybe what we should really do is applying this sort of logic to be a reminder whenever we're starting to label someone.
