The I70 highway in Colorado is the gateway from Denver to the mountains. Locals know, and tourists learn, that this highway can be a nightmare of traffic and congestion. While frustrating at times, I often think about how grateful I am that so many people want to escape the city of Denver and head into the mountains. So many of us find solace, adventure, joy, and peace exploring the mountains and reveling in nature. It’s why I call this beautiful state home.
