Close your eyes.. Breath.. Take even slower and deeper breaths.. Focus only on your breath.. If your mind wanders away it's okay, just put your mind back to breathing.. Feel the chest move..
Now think how are you feeling today.. Are you tired.. Are you happy.. Whatever it is, just let it be.. For once you've taken time for yourself.. For slowing down..
Continue focusing on your breath.. Sit there another minute.. Then slowly open your eyes.. Hopefully you feel relaxed.. You just went through experiencing the peacefulness of Lapland.
