Like the Clods, Digital Monoliths have been part of my work for the past few years and I used to make them in Pixelart. The Digital Monolith 520 is new in its genre and is the first one made using Artificial Intelligence. I process many different images to get a final animation that is a collage between different styles. I don't use the images as they are generated by the ai, but I edit and transform them, adding different separately constructed details. The Digital Monoliths are built on the clods and are very mysterious. It is not known who built them and why: humans, beings from other planets or other unknown entities? What are they? Are they made to represent something or are they altars dedicated to who knows what unknown deity? Many questions and no answers.
