Mind the Signage #0098

Here is one of the sketchiest areas of Tokyo, and one of my favorite to visit. When all the signs are flashing and all the crazy Japanese stuff is happening around you, it really feels like a parallel universe. This place does seem perfectly pleasant-Japanese until you start looking too closely at some of the signs. I did once have a large brand contact me to consider licensing the photo... I suggested that maybe they wanted to get things translated before they considered that. Tokyo, Japan
