Randy "Snake Eyes" Fortune used to own the Perville casino "Perv Palace", but managed to lose it in a game of Craps by rolling "snake eyes". After failed attempts to get his casino back, he now works at the prize counter at the local arcade. He is often critical of the other pervs' prize choices, and he's always telling them what he would get. He pretends to go home after his shifts only to come back after dark to scrounge for pizza crusts and rest in the janitor's closet. He receives his paychecks completely in arcade tokens. He can usually be found talking tough and stuffing all of his tokens into the claw machine game by the prize counter. He never wins.
