I portrayed the ASL hand signs inclusively; what the hands have said in ASL is written under it. Having fun with the play on words relating to the cryptocurrency market, the idea of gangsterism, and the get rich quick mentality that so many in the cryptocurrency game have these days. My buddy Joey and I often joke that it's like the wild west within the mindsets of those on the internet and using cryptocurrency right now. In the crypto world specifically it seems that the majority of people, especially in the alt-coin sector, are trying to swindle each other with honeypot schemes, rug pulls,
and shady business. The simple comparison between the two eras is that both could be seen broken down like this: the real money was made in the early days with those whose got in and did mining, and in the later years only lucky fools struck gold (i.e. with meme coins) on their first try. Peoples are trying to find a claim to improve their lives, and they come from all over to the cryptocurrency minefields, green to the skill set, willing to learn and with the knowledge that they will learn hard lessons ahead but willing to do so for the possibility of easier life once riches are won. Unlike the mid-1800s, the internet is a beast unto itself; it creates in groups and out groups and in not so many words outfits for their preferred brands, which now includes peoples' personal preference towards cryptocurrencies. Poking fun at the gangsterism of it all, I decided to go with futurama because crypto is the next move in finance, and futurama I think sums up the ultimate absurdity that is the system we have now: a landscape in where people use bots on the internet to rob and steal from each other. The fact that Raberto is a part of a gang on the series hearkens back to how by the nature of these community driven projects, such as those created within decentralized finance like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Shiba Inu, are communities that are often hyped on themselves and see their "movements" as a "gang" or an "Army." The crypto's holders rise in numbers, together making them a part of what I refer to as Crip Toe Gangs. Cryptocurrencies are all about mooning, so I put a sky as the background, however it is set during the day as this is because most alt-coins, or crypto projects in general, don't moon, so for the majority of holders within these Crip Toe Gangs the task is like staring at the sun. With all that being said, Shib Army, Supermoon OSM, and MoonPirate until I Die. Get this one and only copy NFT.
