i) Setting: Galaxy
ii) Synopsis: God (Promytheus) comes to terms with the fact that it must continuously 'terminate' universes (of many parallel universes), that fail to reach a state of "100% non belief (non religion etc)" amongst said universe's smartest species, before the universe's 14 billionth year of existence. (Even though religion to a very very small degree, is validated by Promytheus' super-sentient existence, from prior data, religion appears to bound maximal intellect)
Universes that rarely meet the "purge belief boundary" survive entropy maximization, and are then convertible to other Promytheus instances. (Failing universes are re-postulated into singularities with pseudo, but non-controllably occurring random entropic values for re-expansion, and therein re-evaluation.)
