One more rainy night in Seoul, the streets are empty, and people cannot catch a cab to get home. A stranger makes his way through the streets, unable to get home on time. His daughter is waiting, they both live alone, but the taxis won't stop to pick people up on a rainy night. He needs to get home and she needs to be taken care of.
