Urethmel was the second to join the Council after Assiniok. A strict follower of hierarchy and laws, Urethmel does not question the purpose of the Arcane Council and removes emotions completely from his duty.
As a consequence Assiniok holds great influence over the ever subservient and perhaps naïve Urethmel.
Urethmel is one of few words... but the words he chooses to speak carry great meaning.
