Woelmur was the last to join the Council after Assiniok and Urethmel. Unlike the other two, Woelmur maintains a stronger connection with his former life before joining the Arcane Council.
He has faint memories of when he was a human in the Forsaken Lands. This causes Woelmur to be the most empathetic to the plights of humanity.
Woelmur forsees the potential harm the Arcane Council is capable of if they continue down the current path.
