080 is clearly a joyful Tweak. Happy was given a beautiful, precise hand so that he could assist in the building of the Tweak Asylum and creation of Tweaks, but he had other plans. After seeing the big, skeletal smiles on some of the Tweaks and Bambi hopping around carelessly, he decided he was going to just paint a smile on his face, throw up a peace sign, and join Bambi on a wild trip.
