This card is one of the rarest Rare Pepes in existence. Created by John Villarz (RiP!) as a card to be included as a rare card in the Rare Pepe Party Game, in April 2017.
The card has a great story as well. It is a play on a Bitcoin Car Talk Episode with host MikeInSpace & crypto-law expert Jason Seibert. After that transmission, Grubles received his PIMENTOLOAF. So 3 holders and the issuer held the card.
