At the time I was most concerned with Protecting Hal's name due to all the uncertainty from the Pepe image BEFORE RarePepe's was Created. That is one of 2 reasons I did not submit it as a RarePepe then, and the second reason is that I was looking for a REAL Image, True to His life when he was healthy, that could be acquired and used for this purpose.
