The first crystals transaction in Askian dates back a long time ago. A man ordered a special gnomish dish and paid it with a lot of crystals. Crystals didn't have any value at the time. However, the gnome was glad to deliver the order. It is said that the then poor gnome now owns a mansion in the mountains.
