PERAPPA is a Series 16, Card 19 RarePepe that is Unbelievably Rare and Virtually Nonexistent. Created in March of 2017 with 1,000 issuance. Except the top two holders hold 931 of them AND neither address has been used in three and a half years for a Counterparty transaction or as a simple bitcoin-only address.
There are only 32 Holders and many have not been active for 3-4 years as well. Without posting the numbers held by dead addresses, let's just look at the facts, 32 total holders including the two totally dormant address that are holding 931 which appear to be gone forever, Leaving 69 of the 1,000 issued that are all that is in circulation not count the numerous dead addresses holding roughly an additional 20 sitting completely inactive or lost. Lastly, how many have you seen here on Opensea?? I have seen ONE since last August though there are no records of it ever being on Opensea. This may be the only one you see in years too.
