Human #1358 is really bad with money. Like really bad. Normally, the month's rent is squandered by the 11th, at the latest. After that, their cat Franklin has to stay hungry, until Human #1358 catches a fish. Unfortunately, the fish aren't too plentiful in the Hudson pier... and never tasty.
