Human #1001 is a travelling clown that goes from one town to another busking. Tired of paying for wigs, he instead decided to permanently die his hair bright red and get a permanent perm. Sure, he gets a lot of people looking at him when he's on the subway, but he loves the attention, and always seems to have flowers with him to pull from a stranger's ear.
