Human #631, A.K.A. The Bubbler, first got onto the professional bubble blowing scene and was an immediate sensation. His bubbles were mind-bending, he'd incept bubbles with more bubbles and then incept those bubbles with bubbles too. There was already another person called The Bubbler, but after seeing Human #631's talents, they actually handed their name over, out of sheer respect.
