Human #856 is a follower of a cult based on witchery and wizardry. They show up at children's birthday parties and convince them that magic is real and to never lose the joyous feeling of wonder. I guess when you think about it it's pretty messed up that they recruit kids, but in fairness to the cult, it does seem to be working.
