There has been reports of this citizen having unusual behaviour, the High Council is keeping close watch on them. The Atlanteans are the most advanced and wealthy race of them all, they managed to imprison the Water Elemental and use the legendary Trident to keep it under their command. They control all the water trade coming into the Kingdom, and in exchange they protect the waters from unwanted visitors... or so we like to believe.
