I saw this new pill at the pharmacy called Bruh Ape Pill with SpiderPill Eyes and Toothy Smile and Tiny Crown Random Object... but seriously, who's the marketing genius behind this? I mean, did they just throw every random object into the name and hope for the best? 'Cause last time I checked, nobody wants spider eyes in their medication, crown or not.
