Homie #11: Dawnia

Queer Frens Homie pays homage to influential queer figures and queer allies in Web3. Each NFT is custom-made, with selected traits that resemble real-life figures Dawnia Darkstone, AKA Letsglitchit (she/they) has been at the forefront of brute force, non-coding based glitch art for close to 10 years. She is co-administrator of Glitch Artists Collective. Her artworks have been featured internationally, and her novel experiment with sonification has been featured in Vice Magazine. She has garnered a certain amount of esteem in the glitch art community for her contribution of her notes and techniques Dawnia is one of the most well-known and respected queer artists in the NFT space. A true advocate, she actively supports and promotes other queer artists in the NFT community, bringing more inclusivity to Web3.
