"Persephone" began as an image of a tree, full of life, in the middle of winter. This animation depicts the travel Persephone takes from this earth to another world. We criss-cross through time and space, inward and outward.

The Hues of Jen project is created and led by Jennifer Donohue, a designer who explores the relationship between sound and imagery, the influence of musical emotion and notation. Each begins with something as simple as a cloud in the sky, the inside of a glass cup, shadows playing on a lush tree. How could this image transform from the energy and spaces unseen? Viewers are invited to share what they see from the art. Almost always it is a unique and different experience, just as each of our own lives and perceptions are. How is the art a mirror of your thoughts and feelings? What else can you learn while meditating with it?
"Prologue" is a collection of work created while Jennifer was discovering her artistic voice. This collection truly is an experimentation of her mind, and is only the beginning for the Hues of Jen project.
