Every May, a crab apple tree near the woods, blossoms into an explosion of beautiful pink and orange flowers. And each year, the cats and I venture out to find this tree and shoot with it as the backdrop of the scenes that I love to create in my photos.
With every yearly blossoming, I try to focus on capturing a different cat in this spot, up in the tree. This year I decided to put my attention on photographing the majestic, fuzzy feline teddy bear that is Theodore. He is a fluffy brown and white Siberian kitten with an incredibly playful attitude. He was more than happy to hop up in the tree and pose for me, and the photos I got, especially this one, are exactly why I love doing what I do.
