Canopus Barney, a tenured purveyor of the Quantum Mechanics field, has participated in several primate retrieval operations across the New Frontier and has now committed to their liberation efforts on Earth. As a member of the Doctor caste, it was always Canopus's goal to obtain their Doctorate and use their education and skills to help their own people, but upon learning of the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis, their priorities changed. Now, with the native primates still in captivity on Earth, Canopus and the Doctors venture to fulfill the promise of release that the Homo Insipiens have reneged.
