Redcap Donati studied for several years at Essex Planetary College of Perseus and earned their Doctorate in Life Support Science, but eventually found their calling as a missionary in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. Born of the more aggressive Zealot caste of Apskellion Space Apes, Redcap was abandoned in a New Frontier colony and adopted into a family of Doctors, eventually learning to embrace their more empathic ways. Now, as their mission leads them to Earth, Redcap and the Doctors are dedicated to the liberation of the primates in captivity there.
