Spectrum Cyprus completed their studies at The University of Dragonfly Nebula and earned their Hueristic Research Doctorate before moving on to support the liberation efforts in the Universal Primate Captivity Crisis. A dedicated Doctor through and through, Spectrum has always sought to offer aid not just to the Apskellion, but to the apes of all worlds, including those of Earth. Now, with the fate of the Earth primates in the balance, Spectrum and the Doctors will do what is needed to liberate them from their captivity.
